As a Clarke alumna/us, I paid tuition. Why should I make a gift?

You make a great point. Tuition is an investment and can be a big undertaking. One thing you may not have realized is that your own Clarke experience would have been an even larger expense had it not been for the generosity of the donors who came before you. From scholarships and financial aid to research, internships, and student organizations, the Clarke experience is made possible because alumni and friends like you give back.

I can't give much right now. Maybe a few dollars. Is it even worth it?

That's what Clarke Day is all about: coming together to make a difference. It's no secret that $5 won't cover a student's tuition...but multiply that $5 by 100 alumni...then another 100...and another. When the Clarke community comes together, the possibilities are endless.

That sounds great, but I really can't afford to make a gift right now. Anything else I can do?

We're SO glad you asked! You can help spread the word by sharing stories, challenges, and match opportunities on social media. Take a few moments to explore the Clarke Day website, determine the areas of support that resonate most with you, and post all over social media. Put it on Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat...and even if you don't subscribe to social media, send a text, an email, or SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS! It's CLARKE DAY!

So I know my gift will support Clarke...but how?

That's the beauty of Clarke Day! One hundred percent of your gift will go to the area or areas you choose. Ultimately, Clarke Day is about supporting the areas of campus that mean the most to you and your Clarke experience and YOU decide how your gift will be used.

I always knew I loved Clarke, and I wouldn't miss Clarke Day for anything! I'M SO EXCITED! So what's next?

We're excited, too, and we appreciate your support! Our 11th annual Clarke Day is going to be epic and it's SO easy to get involved! Here are some next steps:

• Visit the Clarke Day page on March 27 to make a gift of any amount. If you'd like, you can even give early to help us get a head start on reaching our Clarke Day goals!
• Follow us on social media. Search the #ClarkeDay hashtag and see how the rest of the Clarke community is celebrating.
• Help us spread the word! Share your love for Clarke on social media and promote Clarke Day to everyone you know.

I'm a little overwhelmed by giving online, but I really want to contribute. Are there other ways to make a gift?

Absolutely! While the fastest way to make your gift is through the Clarke Day website, here are some other ways to give:

Give by Venmo: Gifts are accepted through Venmo by searching @ClarkeUniversity using the Venmo app. Simply make a comment outlining the area you'd like to support.

Give by mail: Make your check payable to Clarke University, write the name of the area you wish to support on the memo line, and mail the check to:
